WND: Obama may put Americans under world judges’ power
International Criminal Court issues are focus of delegation to The Hague
President Obama has dispatched a delegation this week to The Hague to explore issues involving the United States’ possible participation in the International Criminal Court, an organization critics charge could be used to prosecute Americans under international legal standards for actions that are not crimes in the U.S.
Andy Laney of the U.S. State Department confirmed the delegation is comprised of members of the State Department as well as the Defense Department. He said they were dispatched on a week-long trip because of U.S. concerns over how “aggression” is defined internationally.
“There is an inter-agency party, half from the State Department, half from the Defense Department, there to engage other delegations on matters of U.S. interest and specifically over our concerns on the definition of the crime of aggression,” he said.
Critics, however, warn that they believe former U.S. war crimes prosecutor Ambassador Stephen Rapp is on a trip that involves more than just the definition of a word.

Near Riots at UCLA Over Proposed 32% Tuition Hike
Daily Bruin: A crowd of more than 500 demonstrators rushed Covel Commons on Wednesday to protest a proposed 32 percent student fee increase. They were met by dozens of university police, some of whom were outfitted in riot gear. At one point, protesters broke through police barricades that surrounded the main entrance to Covel. Officers responded to the stampede of students and union workers by extending the metal barricades around the entrance and using nightsticks and Taser guns to force the crowd back.

The Flu Case: Unconfirmed reports of large numbers of deaths from the vaccine in the Ukraine
TERESA FORCADES, doctor in Public Health
Unconfirmed reports are coming in that thousands of people in what appears to be a rural area under quarantine in the western Ukraine have been killed by vaccines.
A Ukrainian woman who crossed into neighbouring Poland told people there that she had driven into the Ukraine to meet a friend but was stopped about 60 km from the border and told that parts of the Western Ukraine were closed at a distance of about 100 kilometers from the border with Poland.
These people allegedly told her that there were thousands of dead people lying on the streets inside those closed off areas.
Also, there are mass graves filled with bodies covered with lime.
The woman said the people had died as a result of vaccinations. The vaccines allegedly came from France.
This report cannot be independently verified. The woman has reported what others have told her leaving room for the story to be distorted if there is any basis in fact at all. The woman did not see these things with her own eyes.
Life in the town of Drohobych in the Western Ukraine appears to be continuing as normal, say eyewitness reports from there.
The Ukrainian government has recently clamped down on the media, shutting down bloggers, and there are no reports so far in the mainstream or alternaitve media that confirm this story.
Rural parts of Western Ukraine are difficult to access.
The Ukrainian government has said that it has put parts of Western Ukraine under quarantine as a result of an outbreak of pandemic.
Also, the government has announced its intention to carry out mass vaccinations under the instructions of WHO to counter the “pandemic”.
Reports have come in of pneunomic plague following unusual aircraft activity.
Doctors are reported to have been told that they cannot write down pneumonic plague as a cause of death and must write down swine flu.
This is an email from a source in Poland:
I reveived a phone call from the friend of
my parents, a healer, who had a client from Ukraine – woman, who allegedly
ran away from Ukraine yesterday.
What she says is very scary. She tried to drive into Ukraine to meet her friend.
About 60 km from the border she was stopped by people. They warned her
that some parts of Western Ukraine are closed, around 100-10 km from the border.
Those people allegedly were crying that there are thousands of dead victims
lying on the streets, and nobody wants to touch them.
Also, that there are some mass graves filled with bodies, which were disinfected
with lime (calcium). Thousands people died not from the disease but from the
vaccines.
I tried to verify this info, my cousin called friends in Drohobycz (also Western
Ukraine) – there is nothng abnormal there. So it could be a provocation or
to run false stories.
Of course there is a chance that only small part of the region is affected, maybe
they tried there untested vaccine and these are the results.
Nevertheless, there is complete media blackout about it except some comments
in my blog which for already 2 weeks confirm the fact of “thousands of victims”.

The Flu Case: Third case of woman losing baby after Pandemrix jab in Portugal
A pregnant woman who took the Pandemrix swine flu jab was rushed to the Hospital de Santo André, em Leiria in Portugal but lost her baby.
This is the third case in a few days in Portugal but health officials say they cannot confirm any link betewen the death of the baby and the Pandemrix vaccine in spite of the fact there is a huge body of scientific evidence that these vaccines for which there are oddly no clinical data but which are classified as bioweapons by EU and US authorities are damaging.
The 27-year-old was 20 weeks pregnant and was vaccinated ot the begining of this month.
http://www.radiohertz.pt/?pagina=noticias&id=1660

Le Monde carries report saying limiting “new births” solution to climate change, no mention of renewable energy as solution

The Flu Case: Novartis package inserts admit no data on whether swine flu jab harms pregnant women and children
Package inserts for Novartis’s swine flu jab (below) show that the companies knows very well there is no clinical data on whether “Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine or FLUVIRIN can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity.”
It is not clear why no clinical trials have been carried out on pregnant women to establish this data since they are a target group and have been for months.
One possibility is that Novartis knows that any clinical trials will reveal that the swine flu jab does cause especial harm to pregnant women and children.
By not conducting the trials, Novartis can imply they are safe when there is no such safety data.
8.1 Pregnancy
Pregnancy Category C: Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted with Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine or FLUVIRIN. It is also not known whether Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine or FLUVIRIN can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity. Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.
8.3 Nursing Mothers
It is not known whether FLUVIRIN or Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine is excreted in human milk. Because many drugs are excreted in human milk, caution should be exercised when Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine is administered to a nursing woman.
8.4 Pediatric Use
Safety and effectiveness in pediatric subjects below the age of 4 years have not been established. [see ADVERSE REACTIONS (6) and CLINICAL STUDIES (14)]
8.5 Geriatric Use
Since 1997, of the total number of geriatric subjects (n = 397) in clinical studies of FLUVIRIN, 29% of adult subjects were 65 years and over, while 2.1% were 75 years and over.
Antibody responses were lower in the geriatric population than in younger subjects. Adverse events occurred less frequently in geriatric subjects (≥65 years) than in younger adults. Other reported clinical experience has not identified differences in responses between the elderly and younger patients. [See ADVERSE REACTION (6) and CLINICAL STUDIES (14)].
11 DESCRIPTION
Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine is a sub-unit (purified surface antigen) influenza virus vaccine prepared from virus propagated in the allantoic cavity of embryonated hens’ eggs inoculated with a specific type of influenza virus suspension containing neomycin and polymyxin. The influenza virus strain is harvested and clarified by centrifugation and filtration prior to inactivation with betapropiolactone. The inactivated virus is concentrated and purified by zonal centrifugation. The surface antigens, hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, are obtained from the influenza virus particle by further centrifugation in the presence of nonylphenol ethoxylate, a process which
Vial and Syringe leaflet text Page 12 of 20Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics Limited BLA 1750 September 2009
removes most of the internal proteins. The nonylphenol ethoxylate is removed from the surface antigen preparation.
Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine is a homogenized, sterile, slightly opalescent suspension in a phosphate buffered saline. Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine is formulated to contain 15 mcg hemagglutinin (HA) per 0.5-mL dose of the following virus strain: A/California/7/2009 (H1N1)v-like virus.
The 0.5-mL prefilled syringe presentation is formulated without preservative. Thimerosal, a mercury derivative used during manufacturing, is removed by subsequent purification steps to a trace amount (≤ 1 mcg mercury per 0.5-mL dose).
The 5-mL multidose vial formulation contains thimerosal, a mercury derivative, added as a preservative. Each 0.5-mL dose from the multidose vial contains 25 mcg mercury.
Each dose from the multidose vial or from the prefilled syringe may also contain residual amounts of egg proteins (≤ 1 mcg ovalbumin), polymyxin (≤ 3.75 mcg), neomycin (≤ 2.5 mcg), betapropiolactone (not more than 0.5 mcg) and nonylphenol ethoxylate (not more than 0.015% w/v).
The multidose vial stopper and the syringe stopper/plunger do not contain latex.
DOSAGE FORMS AND STRENGTHS
Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine, a sterile suspension for intramuscular injection, is supplied in two presentations: • Prefilled single dose syringe, 0.5-mL. Thimerosal, a mercury derivative used during
manufacture, is removed by subsequent purification steps to a trace amount (≤ 1 mcg
mercury per 0.5-mL dose) (3, 11) • Multidose vial, 5-mL. Contains thimerosal, a mercury derivative (25 mcg mercury
per 0.5-mL dose). Thimerosal is added as preservative. (3,11)
CONTRAINDICATIONS
• History of systemic hypersensitivity reactions to egg proteins, or any other component of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine, or life-threatening reactions to previous influenza vaccinations. (4, 11)
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
• If Guillain-Barré syndrome has occurred within 6 weeks of receipt of prior influenza vaccine, the decision to give Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine should be based on careful consideration of the potential benefits and risks. (5.1)
• Immunocompromised persons may have a reduced immune response to Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine. (5.2)
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Adverse Reaction information is based on studies conducted with seasonal trivalent Influenza Virus Vaccine manufactured by Novartis (FLUVIRIN).

The Flu Case: Two women lose babies after swine flu jab in Portugal
A pregnant woman who took the swine flu jab on Friday was rushed to the CUF Descobertas on Monday but lost her baby, according to the Jose de Mello, a Portuguese health official.
TV42.pt reports that the 34-year-old woman is still in hospital and has yet to give birth to the lifeless fetus.
Conceca Talhado, the head of the gynaecology department at CUF Descobertas said that an autopsy would be needed to establish whether there was a link between the swine flu vaccine and the death of the fetus.
On Sunday, another baby, also in the 34th week died in Portalegre hospital after the 31-year-old mother took the swine flu jab.
